JOB REQUIREMENTS: _________________________________________________________________________________ Position: Specialist, Campaign Production (Seasonal) Status: Full-time/some flexibility (Aug-Dec) Department: Digital Systems Reports to: Director, Digital Systems __________________________________________________________________________________ United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County changes lives and improves our community by mobilizing people and resources to drive strategic impact in health, education, and financial stability. Funds raised by United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County remain local and are invested in 220+ programs at over 110 local nonprofits. Summary: This position supports campaign volunteers and internal staff with the set-up and monitoring of simple websites to support fundraising efforts. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: Communicate with Resource Development staff on the status and access of websites. Primary contact for Campaign Coordinators. Participate in final accounting reports for customers, including keeping a calendar of upcoming kickoffs and closing of websites. Complete testing and quality control of website production. Support pledge processing in information collection on specific transactions. Add transactions to the database when needed. Support the Donor Help Desk when needed.
