About the role: As a Production/Site Reliability Engineer you\'ll help develop new fintech products that will change the way the world pays, banks and invests. This could involve working with bleeding edge technology while coding, implementing, maintaining and supporting software applications. You will be working with a global team based primarily in the US and India, but also the UK and AUS. You will be responsible for several high availability leveraged applications used by both internal applications as well as external facing APIs. What you will be doing: Focusing on scalability, high availability, performance, stability and reliability of software applications Managing and triaging incidents utilizing ITIL Incident Management standards and processes You will build automations to simplify operations and processes, collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure positive end user experiences You will apply sound engineering principles, operational discipline and mature automation to our operating environment and codebase Participating in an oncall rotation, covering extra hours in the evening and weekends when scheduled What you will need: Sound experience working with API gateways and REST Knowledge of modern, end-to-end systems development life cycles.
