Job Title: Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and fleet service on trucks, trailers, and semi-trucks.

• Conduct mechanical repairs on hydraulics, air brake systems, clutch systems, pressure/water hoses, and air lines.

• Disassemble motors and repair or swap out transportation refrigeration and cooling systems (HVAC) if needed.

• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

• Utilize hand power tools for various mechanical and electrical repairs.

Essential Skills

• Fleet maintenance

• Mechanical repair

• Electrical maintenance

• Automotive repair

• Experience as a diesel technician

• Automotive mechanic/welding skills

• Troubleshooting and hydraulics experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Heavy blueprint reading

• Heavy schematics reading

• Knowledge of diesel and welding

Work Environment

Work shifts are available as follows: 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm, 2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm or 2:30pm-11pm, and 3rd shift: 10:30pm-6am or 10:30pm-6:30am. The work environment is typical of an automotive or diesel tech shop, which can be dirty in some areas.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
