JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for a Sr. Inside Sales Representative to join our Carlisle Architectural Metals (CAM) Citadel team. As an Inside Sales Representative at Citadel, part of the Carlisle Architectural Metals Division, you will be a key member of our overall sales team, reporting directly to the Estimating Manager. Your role will involve delivering exceptional service to our customers while embodying our core values and the SPEQ promise. You will utilize your strong technical product knowledge and estimating skills to enhance our close ratio and capture new opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. * Follow up on sales leads and estimated jobs to nurture relationships and convert opportunities. * Collaborate with the Estimating Manager and the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales potential. * Provide accurate product information and assist customers in selecting the right solutions based on job estimates. * Utilize technical product knowledge to effectively estimate jobs and answer customer inquiries. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM and quoting systems. * Support the sales team in preparing quotes and proposals for prospective clients. * Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge: Familiarity with sales processes, customer relationship management, and architectural metal products. Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills; effective listening and problem-solving abilities; technical aptitude for estimating jobs accurately. Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively; adaptability to changing circumstances and customer needs. Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, estimating, or customer service in a similar environment. * Strong technical product knowledge and estimating skills in architectural metals or related fields. * Proven ability to live out core values and uphold the SPEQ promise (Service, Professionalism, Excellence, Quality) in all customer interactions. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM, Quoting and/or ERP software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
