Security Operations Manager DAS - Facilities Management Annual Salary Range: \$79,726.40 - \$94,993.60 Job Summary: The Security Operations Manager oversees the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring compliance with security protocols to safeguard county facilities. This role manages security staff and vendors, negotiates agreements, and optimizes performance to align with county policies. The primary objective is to manage and operate the SOC while overseeing security staff and vendors, ensuring efficient and effective security operations. Additionally, the manager develops and implements security plans, conducts assessments, identifies risks, and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance security measures. The manager also generates and presents quarterly metrics, analyzing staffing, overtime, budgeting, KPIs, and relevant events.
