The Security Update Service (SUS) team, part of the Motorola Solutions Cybersecurity Services organization, protects mission critical systems by ensuring security updates are verified, tested, and installed.Job Description As the Security Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team which develops and maintains solutions in support of operating system updates for mission critical systems. The goal is to ensure the systems are protected from cyber threats.The Security Development Manager will also oversee the day to day operations of the development team including establishing and measuring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, coordinating with stakeholders, and serving as a technical escalation point. The Development Manager develops, maintains, and implements relevant policies and procedures to protect the security and privacy of information from intentional or unintentional damage. They assist in trouble-shooting technical issues and provide regular status updates of system security.
