JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Directly report to the VP of Sales & Marketing, ensuring seamless management, filtering, and timely responses to all company sales inquiries - Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to actively cultivate new business opportunities through proactive customer outreach - Deliver comprehensive product information and sales materials to prospective customers, showcasing the excellence of our products - Provide expert technical support to customers and Regional Sales Managers on inquiries and applications - Engage in extensive travel to promote products directly to customers - Periodically travel overseas for training, continuously enhancing product knowledge and fostering customer relationships - Represent the company at industry trade shows and open house events to expand brand presence and network - Occasionally provide hands-on customer applications training and support, both onsite and in-house ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: - Hold a BS Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by sales experience - Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and sales - Familiarity with 5-axis machining principles is advantageous - Excel in teamwork dynamics and consistently deliver high performance - Strong communication skills coupled with technical proficiency - Based in Franklin, WI, the vibrant headquarters of our company - Ready for extensive travel, including international destinations ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: nicholas@hatchstaff.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
