ManpowerGroup Risk Analyst, 3rd Party Risk Mgmt - Remote in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is looking for a Risk Management Analyst! This exciting new opportunity is a long-term, open-ended contract role working in PST hours. If you do not live in the Pacific Time Zone, no problem if you are able to work M-F 8 am-5 pm PST.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be an active participant in the execution of our client's Third-Party Risk Management Program

  • You will be responsible for owning and managing daily operations of assigned third party compliance assessment coordination and third-party lifecycle management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries

  • Obtain business requestor responses for the Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) and coordinate the collection of necessary documentation

  • Analyze the collected information to assess the overall risk profile of third parties

  • Partner with colleagues across multiple business units to help drive completion of assigned third party risk assessments from scheduling, execution, remediation and off-boarding

  • Customer-backed with strong communication, coordination, and planning skills

  • Operates independently and works well in a team environment

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suites

  • Use discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information

  • Ability to apply judgment and strategic thinking skills to meet team objectives

  • Maintain a current understanding of relevant third-party risk management best practices and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of third-party risk management including - supplier management, contract management, risk management, customer service

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

  • Impeccable customer services skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities

  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn, understand and articulate services and instructions in a variety of contexts

  • Availability to work in a highly distributed, multi-location work environment

Organization: Talent Solutions RPO

Minimum Salary: $29/hr - Maximum Salary: $33/hr
