JOB REQUIREMENTS: Dematic is hiring a Global Reporting Expert to support the Accounting team. This position will require coordination with KION group on reporting, process streamline and global reporting process. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be \$X-Y at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will do in This Role: Coordinate with KION Group reporting on issues impacting Dematic closing, consolidation and IFRS reporting Identify and develop best practices to streamline local and regional close processes Enhance global balance sheet review process to support with net working capital budgeting and forecasting Identify opportunities to enhance speed, accuracy and internal controls over financial reporting through global automation/standardization Collaborate with cross-functional teams in support of position objectives Support Business Transformation program with program rollout and ad hoc support Support Boost Up - Regional team measurement on net working capital Support HQ function accounting through month end close activities and various other activities Address ad hoc accounting/reporting queries What We Are Looking For: 5 years of progressive global (multi-currency) accounting or finance experience Bachelor\'s degree (Accounting, Finance) CPA certification preferred Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and quickly react to changing priorities Provencommunication and team-building skills are essential Analytical skills Willing to travel 25% nationally and internationally 1 to 2 annually Proficiency in ERP/EPM suites (Oracle/SAP) and Microsoft office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 365, etc.) Dematic provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: ipc.us/t/34DC92AC0778419E
