Regional Installation Manager
Location: Wisconsin
Shift: Full-time (40-45 hours)
Compensation: $70,00-85,000/year

Position Summary:
The Regional Installation Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of solar installation projects within the designated region. This position requires a hands-on and results-oriented professional with a strong background in solar energy systems and proven leadership in managing installation teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Essential Duties:
Supervise and lead crews of 2-4 installers and electricians
Maintain heightened awareness of safety risks and implement appropriate ORM procedures
Ensure quick and efficient installation of systems while providing excellent customer service
Ability to spend time with a customer explaining the work and system to be installed
Coordinate with fleet management as needed
Ensure that job sites are clean and presentable during and after installation
Motivate and support install crew and resolve concerns as needed
Key Competencies:
Residential solar installation (3+ years) or construction experience (4+ years) required
Electrical experience (state license preferred but not required)
OSHA 10 or higher
Construction management experience
Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
Possession of a valid driver's license
Must be comfortable working at heights in various weather and roof conditions
Must follow direction by superiors to complete the tasks assigned
Ability to lift, climb, balance, stoop, and kneel
Work is primarily conducted at our customers' homes in the local area, but occasional travel is required. Periodic weekend or evening work may also be required, depending on the workload.
