Quality Control Associate – 1st Shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team! This role is responsible for processing customer returns, ensuring accuracy in product inspections, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience using SAP and computer systems , along with a keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and inspect customer returns for accuracy and quality issues.

• Utilize SAP and computer systems to document and track return transactions.

• Identify and report any product defects or inconsistencies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Maintain accurate records and follow established quality control procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality control, returns processing, or a related field preferred.

• Proficiency in SAP and general computer applications .

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
