JOB REQUIREMENTS: Full job title: Quality Assurance Engineering Sr Professional II Analyze, design, develop and create test plans and test cases based on business, functional and technical requirements. Coordinate testing efforts for a set of integrated applications with global team, vendors, and third- party networks. Analyze and resolve client reported issues during post deployment on priority. Demonstrate the completed functionalities and reporting status of the testing to product managers and senior executives. Prepare and maintain the requirement traceability matrix. Work with the business SME in assessing the feasibility of the received specifications and assessing impacts. Work with vendor for new feature development and create validation plan in line with the delivery milestones. Coordinate with external networks, such as Visa, MasterCard, Pulse, and NYCE, to facilitate testing between the Fiserv application and Network application. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 4 years in any job title involving software testing experience of Web, API, Mobile and Windows based applications. Prior experience must include: Testing with Card Payments networks including VISA and MasterCard; Working with qTest; Setting up test data and working on automation of environment setup; Manual testing, web services testing, and database testing of web-based applications on UNIX or Windows platforms; Writing SQL queries to perform database testing; and Documenting defects using VersionOne and JIRA. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Other: Email resume to: Fiserv.Recruitment_Resume@fiserv.com.
