JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is seeking a Project Assistant for a 5+ contract position. This role is with an insurance company based in Milwaukee, WI. This role is a 100% remote, part-time position. Schedule: 15 hours per week, prefers the same schedule each week (Ex: Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 2pm). No time zone preference but may need to be available 9am - 3pm CT to attend planned meetings in CT. Compensation: \$45.00-50.00 per hour, w2 Responsibilities: Owning day-to-day project status, deadlines, and risks/challenges Updating status sheets while tracking project deadlines and milestones Collaborate with key home office and field business partners to design the overall program experience Working in collaboration with the program manager on leading project status meetings with business partners, vendors, and/or outside consultants Oversee creative asset process in collaboration program manager Oversee planning and execution of conference expo Manage program mailbox (respond to emails) Write and execute a communications plan Design and develop event flyers, PPT presentations, tracking tools, Microsoft forms Build positive relationships with internal and external partners. Support communications work for the program including, but not limited to, intranet site(s) content, emails, mailers, etc. Continuous management of metrics collection and occasional reporting Maintain contact lists, process documents, template documents, shared calendar, etc. Provide additional project assistance and operations tasks based on need for the TalentWorks team Requirements: Ability to work in Excel and Microsoft Office suite Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
