This position is responsible for the collection, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of data. The Program Evaluator will collaborate with internal and external providers, promoting a data-driven culture. Job Duties: Extract and compile relevant internal data from the electronic health record (EHR) and other data sources to analyze in support of ongoing quality improvement efforts, service enhancements, program development, compliance requirements, as well as timely decision making. Collaborate with internal and external partners to increase data quality, integrity, completion, and accuracy to ensure reliable and actionable decision making, foster data stewardship, and increase trust in data.
