In this role, you\'ll conduct and score psychological assessments, providing crucial insights for treatment planning. What You\'ll Do Administer psychological and neuropsychological tests to assess patients\' cognitive, behavioral, and social functioning. Prepare for patient visits by ensuring the assessment environment is welcoming and organized. Guide and Support patients and their families from arrival to departure. Create a supportive testing environment while adhering to strict guidelines. Score Tests with precision and accurately document findings. Record detailed behavioral observations to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical behavior. Preferred Schedule: 8 to 4:30 Position Requirements: Ideal Candidate Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in a related field. (Required) Experience: At least 1 year of experience administering standardized tests, with experience working with pediatric patients. (Preferred) Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a focus on empathy and compassion, and a commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality. Traits: Self-motivated and eager to contribute to improving pediatric health outcomes.
