Robert Half Patient Service Representative in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Patient Access Specialist based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role will involve efficient data entry, maintaining physical records, collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy, and utilizing software tools to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM, EHR System, McKesson, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Benefit Functions, Billing Functions, Cash Activity, and Complaint Handling.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently input paper-based data into computer systems with precision and accuracy

• Organize and maintain physical records to ensure seamless digitization processes

• Collaborate with team members to verify and validate data entries for completeness and consistency

• Utilize software tools and techniques to streamline data entry tasks and enhance productivity

• Uphold confidentiality and security protocols while handling sensitive information during the digitization process

• Running records and matching appropriate records to the patient in the system

• Demonstrate proficiency in CRM, EHR System, McKesson, and Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks

• Handle Benefit Functions, Billing Functions, and Cash Activity in an effective manner

• Efficiently address Complaint Handling to maintain customer satisfaction and trust Requirements • Proficiency in using CRM and EHR Systems

• Experience with McKesson software

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of benefit functions within a healthcare setting

• Familiarity with billing functions in a medical context

• Ability to handle cash activity effectively and accurately

• Experience in claim administration in a healthcare environment

• Exceptional skills in handling patient complaints and providing solutions

• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

• Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training opportunities

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
