Brady Corporation Paid Search Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
What We Need:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled digital marketer with a deep understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and various other digital marketing platforms. As a Paid Search Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital advertising efforts and achieving our marketing goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This includes all ad types; Search, Shopping, Display, and Video.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
Utilize platforms such as PowerBI, Merchant Center, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to gather insights and optimize campaigns.
Create, launch, and monitor campaigns to ensure alignment with budget and performance targets.
Optimize & test product feeds for relevant platforms. This includes attributes such as title, description, images, etc..
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor industry trends and stay updated on digital marketing best practices.
Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
Stay informed about changes in the digital advertising landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
Generate landing page split tests to enhance user experience who arrive from paid ads
Full understanding of the marketing sales funnel
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms is essential
Proficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with Merchant Center
Accurately communicate KPIs to convey insights and accurate understanding of our channel to various stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
