Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure contractual obligations are met by identifying, recommending, and/or developing quality improvement strategies through the evaluation of staff performance standards and project performance measures. - Identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates. - Develop work schedules and assign duties to subordinates to ensure efficiency. - Discuss job performance concerns with subordinates to identify causes and issues and work closely with the Human Resources department on resolving problems. - Oversee the work of subordinates to facilitate productivity or to overcome difficult aspects of work. - Evaluate subordinates\' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel action. - Ensure compliance with the company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get their rest & meal breaks.
