Learning Systems Administrator

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Learning Systems Administrator to be a part of the dynamic learning team in Anywhere’ s Client Success organization. This role works closely with internal teams to strategize, create, and validate the Client Success value proposition across our internal and external business partners. This is a unique opportunity to work in a learning environment that serves multiple internal clients and business units.

The Learning Systems Administrator will partner with a Learning Technology team to ensure that deliverables are strategically aligned to the business needs and that all learning solutions are positioned to support the ROI for our agents and brokers.

The Learning System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS). This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our LMS, which is used to deliver, track, and report on training across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. System Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, including system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  2. User Support: Provide support to users, resolving technical issues and answering queries related to the LMS.

  3. Training Content Management: Upload, test, and maintain training content in the LMS.

  4. Communication: Support communication to customers of content changes or updates.

  5. System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with the vendor or internal IT team to implement them.

  6. Training: Train staff on how to use the LMS effectively.

  7. Compliance: Ensure consistent compliance with operational standards and drive continuous operational performance improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably with Cornerstone OnDemand.

  3. Strong technical skills, including experience with databases and system integration.

  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
