We are seeking a Network Administrator to join our team based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this vital role, you will be tasked with overseeing our network infrastructure, implementing security protocols, and providing exceptional support to end users. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and firewalls

• Oversee the implementation of security protocols to safeguard our systems and data

• Provide systems administration support to ensure optimal performance and reliability

• Handle escalated end user support issues, delivering exceptional service

• Monitor network performance regularly to identify and troubleshoot issues promptly

• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to maintain the effectiveness of our systems

• Implement and manage virtualization technologies to optimize resources

• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Windows Server for system administration tasks

• Use your expertise in Information Security Management to protect our systems and data

• Provide Tier 3 Support to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Network Administrator

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure

• Proven experience with system administration and IT protocols

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server management

• Experience with virtualization technologies

• Knowledge of information security management practices

• Familiarity with Tier 3 Support and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
