PSG is a community-based social services organization committed to helping families achieve their greatest potential. We are currently seeking a fully-licensed Mental Health Professional to join the new and developing Milwaukee Dual Youth Care Coordination program. This new program will provide dual Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) and Childrens\' Long-Term Support (CLTS) case management services to youth and families in the Milwaukee County area who have severe mental health and/or substance use disorders, as well as clients with co-occurring developmental or physical disability needs. The Dual Youth Care Coordination program will follow the wraparound model of service delivery to identify needed services and develop multi-disciplinary treatment plans that address both the strengths and needs of the family. As the Mental Health Professional, you will provide trauma-informed clinical oversight to the team of Care Coordinators to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care. This position will aid in hiring, training, and establishing the program in partnership with a Supervisor and the Program Managers. The program will begin receiving client referrals in January 2025. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL: Provide day-to-day consultation and weekly clinical supervision to Care Coordinators to ensure effective and quality programming for consumers Guide staff in the development of client assessments, service plans, and safety plans; and review and approve final documents from staff Ensure the effectiveness of treatment Assess client progress toward established goals Authorize psychosocial rehabilitative services Provide a blend of direct and indirect client care Ensure the collaboration of service providers Act as a resource for care coordinators and provide guidance in emergency and crisis situations Safely transport clients as needed SALARY: \$70,000-72,000 LOCATION: West Allis, WI with some flexibility for hybrid/remote scheduling. Must be able to meet on-site as needed with clients and staff at the PSG West Allis office or community visits within client homes.
