Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator - Rides Milwaukee County Zoo Hourly Pay Range: \$25.93 - \$29.90 Closing Date: 2/9/2025 or upon receipt of the first 50 applications Job Summary: The Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator will perform and oversee team members in the inspection, mechanical maintenance, repair, and daily operation standards of Zoo Rides and Attractions. The position is also responsible for all maintenance records and permits while ensuring accurate and complete documents. Essential Responsibilities: Lead the work of Train Locomotive Engineers and Ride Maintenance, including scheduling, instructing, training, assigning, reviewing, and planning work of others. Inspect all rides routinely, troubleshoot mechanical issues, create repair plans, and digitally document all records of maintenance. Ensure all rides and vending operations are operational daily. Staffing of rides when necessary. Focus on the maintenance and daily operation of rides. Supervise all of Rides and Attractions in the Supervisor\'s absence.
