Badger Meter is looking for a forward-thinking and innovative Market Manager to lead our efforts in delivering cutting-edge solutions and driving sustainable growth. If you have a deep understanding of water and wastewater applications and are excited about shaping the future of this critical sector, we want you on our team! In this role, you will define and deploy global growth strategies, engage with industry leaders, and develop impactful value propositions that set us apart in the market. Job Duties: * Develop and implement industry vertical market planning and cross-selling plans for Water and Wastewater. * Maintain market intelligence on segment trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. * Provide business, economic, and competitive analysis for strategic planning. * Lead annual strategic planning for profitable growth in Water and Wastewater markets. * Support product lifecycle management and product roadmap development. * Define and communicate value propositions for product and market segments. * Manage product innovations and service plans. * Identify market adjacencies and develop strategies for growth, including M&A target funnels and strategic acquisitions. * Develop segmentation, positioning, and value proposition communications. * Tailor commercial support tools to influence key drivers. * Develop segmentation tools to target new leads. * Lead marketing campaigns to drive sales growth. Education and Experience: * Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering or a related field required. * 7+ years of experience with focus in technical applications, Sales or Marketing in water quality monitoring/treatment, measurement or distribution segments. Qualifications: * Experience with water quality products and processes required * Experience with network monitoring devices and communication technologies preferred * Up to 25% travel required.
