Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate accelerated tax depreciation studies projects Coordinate and collect information from architects, engineers, and contractors Analyze cost and design, construction data, and drawings to determine appropriate classification of various assets and discuss appropriate design alternatives to help maximize tax benefits Help produce and oversee production of reports and updates of analyses performed Research and gather information from clients and provide regular updates on project status Assist with marketing efforts to potential clients Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent design and construction experience Bachelor\'s degree in construction management, real estate, architecture design, or engineering from an accredited college/university Licensed CPA, EA or JD/LLM, in addition to others on KPMG\'s approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that list; completion of one of the following professional designations: Member of American Institute of Architects (AIA) Professional...
