Join us as our Lead Operator - Packaging This position works under limited supervision and is primarily responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising the activities of the team ensuring individual member goals are achieved in support of assigned team goals. In this role you\'ll make an impact by: Managing cycle counts and physical inventory while ensuring accuracy. Performing and overseeing SAP transactions, maintaining process records, and conducting clean-up. Coordinating document control functions, including procedures and required documentation. Participating in meetings and safety programs to communicate changes effectively. Assessing employee performance in collaboration with the Supervisor. Scheduling and assigning tasks to Operators, while monitoring performance and providing coaching. Collaborating with Engineering and Maintenance on room design and equipment procurement. Coordinating capacity planning to meet customer needs effectively. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
