Closing Date: January 16th, 2024, or upon receipt of the first 50 applicant submissions Lead Clinical Coordinator Behavioral Health Services - ACT Team Hourly Range \$30.00 - \$44.37 Job Summary: The Lead Clinical Coordinator will provide clinical oversight, ensure program growth, and follow Community Support Program (CSP) statutory requirements under DHS 63 for admission, clinical supervision, crisis management, and ongoing case management. This position will conduct intake assessment and planning, crisis management/planning, treatment planning, coordination of care, clinical supervision of staff, and provide comprehensive, direct, clinical care to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. The Lead Clinical Coordinator is necessary to increase the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program census and oversee clinical needs as well as risk mitigation.
