As a Security Administrator, your key responsibilities will be to provide expert analysis and resolution of security incidents and vulnerability issues, helps plan and design key security domains under direction of IT leadership, and provides expert security consultancy during internal and business IT projects. Critical for success are professional management, communication, and leadership skills.

What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field, 8+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in information security, or equivalent combination.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or relevant GIAC certifications.
Thorough understanding of security best practices, frameworks, control types, and relevant technologies.
Experienced in security incident detection and response of routine to complex high severity incidents, vulnerability management, and preventative controls.
Experienced in parsing security and server log files to establish and/or tune rules for identification of security incidents.
Experienced with one or more scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Perl, or Ruby in support of task and security automation.
Experienced in the implementation and support of zero trust networking methodologies.
3+ years of experience in cross-functional project delivery. (Desired)
Experience with Microsoft security stacks such as Defender and Sentinel. (Desired)
Ability to communicate technical subjects clearly and concisely to non-technical staff. (Desired)
Experience with network security functionality across multiple platforms such as Palo Alto Networks and Meraki firewalls. (Desired)
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
