JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lead technical and solution delivery resources for a project and/ or specific workstream. Ensure functional and technical governance is in place. Coordinate with Business Partners and Business Analysts, Project Managers, Technical Architects and CoE teams for the successful delivery. Maintain state of the art\' technical and functional expertise in the assigned areas of responsibility. Apply new technology and techniques to improve efficiency of business solutions. Develop functional and technical skills to span multiple systems or platforms. Work with architecture and operations departments to ensure that applications follow company standards at a high level of availability. Support the analysis of designs, developing, testing, and implementing changes to the applications in support of Business Unit initiatives and change requests. Lead the results of the testing cycle of system design changes prior to migrating to Production applications. Cooperate with the Release Manager to resolve readiness and deployment schedule of the applications modifications or enhancements. Support the application migration strategy for moving changes between environments. Ensure Global, cross-BU standardization is maintained. Provide Tier 3 end user support when needed. Work with the external application vendors on issue resolution, enhancements, and improvements. Act as liaison between Corp IT and the business teams. 100% Telecommuting REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor\'s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and three (3) years of experience as a Solution Architect, IT Financial Solutions, or related occupation in the field of accounting and information technology. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Utilizing Oracle\'s HFM platform, including FDM, or OneStream XF; (2) Accounting business processes and data flows for month-end close and financial consolidation; (3) Foreign currency translation (FAS 52); (4) Sarbanes-Oxley Requirements; and (5) Delivering implementations in ERP and finance applications.
