As a Volunteer, You Will: Collaborate with Staff: Work alongside experienced professionals to brainstorm and design engaging exercise sessions that promote physical wellness, enhancing your teamwork and communication skills. Lead Tailored Exercise Sessions: Facilitate gentle stretching, chair exercises, and balance activities, allowing you to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting. Safety Monitoring: Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and monitor participants, honing your ability to ensure safety and provide personalized support.
