REXNORD INDUSTRIES LLC Inside Sales Manager in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to guide and manage our team of Inside Sales Specialists (ISS) at our Florence, KY or Milwaukee, WI site (HYRBRID). This role is crucial in driving sales growth through strategic collaboration with key stakeholders, including Industrial Distributors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industrial automation sector, with a focus on driving market share, managing sales performance, and fostering talent development within the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct ISS teams interacting with distributors to expand market presence. Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets. Provide valuable feedback to leadership and execute business unit strategic plans. Serve as the escalation point for sales challenges and internal issues. Qualifications: BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or related field preferred. 10+ years of experience in industrial sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role. Power transmission industry experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM. Ability to travel up to 20%. Manage disciplined selling processes such as account planning, territory management, and opportunity management using CRM systems. Perform performance management, including annual reviews, goal setting, coaching, and training to drive team success. Build and retain top sales talent, with an emphasis on hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Facilitate regional meetings and ensure alignment with company objectives.
