JOB REQUIREMENTS: SCOPE OF ROLE We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment supporting our Commercial function. You will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition efforts, employee development, performance management and culture initiatives for our teams! MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as HR Partner to be a trusted talent advisor and coach to leaders Serve as primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to associates Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition COE to oversee and ensure high-quality diverse talent acquisition Collaborate with hiring managers to provide an excellent onboarding experience including orientation Oversee and manage the use of performance management to create a high-performing organization Assist with implementing and embedding Regal Rexnord talent initiatives within the IPS Commercial Develop action plans and partner with leadership in being accountable for culture and engagement progress Champion an inclusive environment that values diversity Partner with Division HR on talent processes Manage various HR projects for the segment that contribute to our strategic objectives Partner with division HR on Employee Relations issues and investigations Maintain data accuracy and integrity within our HR systems MINOR QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will have proven experience and qualifications in the following: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Master\'s in HR preferred 1-2 years in an HR Internship or related experience preferred Excellent communication and coaching skills Strong Organizational and project management skills A continuous improvement mindset with the drive to seek out ways to streamline and improve HR processes and initiatives Travel 10%, as needed Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage Spending accounts (HSA, Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA) Paid Time Off and Holidays 401k Retirement Plan with Matching Employer Contributions Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Paid Leaves Tuition Assistance About Regal Rexnord Regal Rexnord is a \$6.5B publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
