Join Us as a Help Desk Analyst!

Are you passionate about IT and love working with technology? We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of applications and systems, including Salesforce, O365, SharePoint, and our legacy system, CAP.

Why You'll Love This Job:

• Flexible Work Environment: Ideally, we would like local candidates to come on-site 1-2 days per week, but we are flexible depending on your needs.

• Diverse Responsibilities: You'll handle incoming phone calls, check on open tickets, and manage emails. On average, you can expect to take 17-35 calls a day.

• Continuous Learning: You'll receive one week of training and then start shadowing before taking your own calls. You'll also learn our highly customized Salesforce application.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and be part of a supportive team that values initiative and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and fulfill incoming requests related to PC hardware, software, and telephones.

• Load software on PCs and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

• Update the hardware tracking database.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Comfortable talking and working with all levels of the company and saying "No" when necessary.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.

• Team Player: Works well as part of a team and takes initiative to look for process improvements and additional work when caught up.

• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all tasks.

Additional Information:

• This is a long-term contract position (2+ years) with the potential for conversion to a permanent role based on team attrition or headcount addition.

• Our manager typically hires individuals who are passionate about IT and enjoy working with technology, even as a hobby outside of work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00
