In the role ofa Financial Systems Associateyou will beworking in Finance and Administration. The business needs for this position may be re-evaluated at the conclusion of the outlined term and may be convered to a full-time permanat role. Purpose Provide monitoring, maintenance, and functional user support related to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and imaging applications. This position currently supports the Oracle, OnBase, and Banner systems at MCW. MCW is implementing the Workday ecosystem; future ERP support will also include the Workday Financial Suite. In addition, the position will support Microsoft Office, Wrike Project Management, Business Intelligence Cubes, and other business applications. All work will be performed in compliance with departmental quality standards for timeliness, accuracy, format, and documentation. All sensitive data will be safeguarded and held in strict confidence. Primary Functions Collaborate with finance application stakeholders to assess, document, and improve work processes and efficiency by introducing and/or enhancing automation through the expanded use of the finance applications or other tools, such as Microsoft Access, Excel, DataLoad, Noetix Web Query, System APIs, Business Intelligence Cubes, etc. Assist with testing and documentation of enhancement, and patching projects by developing test plans and coordinating testing activities with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and security within the production environment. Research, troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the ERP applications and related business processes. Collaborate with the IS Development team when technical support is required. Test break-fix solutions as assigned. Maintain all policies and procedures related to assigned responsibilities as well as for functional users. Also develop and maintain system process documentation, including process maps and flowcharts. Setup, maintenance, and documentation of ERP system configurations. Perform the monthly and year-end close processes for the Oracle financial applications.
