JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provide expert telephone and onsite troubleshooting and diagnosis support to our valued customers Independently handle installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of precision products at customer sites Conduct comprehensive briefings and training sessions for customers Execute flawless installations of retrofits to enhance machine capabilities Periodically travel overseas for continuous learning and product knowledge enhancement Utilize SAP software for efficient workflow management Maintain accurate daily work time records through our robust time management system Ensure timely submission of detailed service and expense reports every week Embrace additional responsibilities to support team objectives ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues with machine tools Familiarity with Heidenhain and/or Siemens control systems Strong grasp of electronic and mechanical components of CNC machines, particularly 5-axis systems Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics in the context of machine tools Proficiency in computer operations to facilitate efficient service procedures Demonstrated professionalism in customer interactions Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Willingness to travel extensively, including international destinations (90-95% travel requirement) ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: nicholas@hatchstaff.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
