JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Salvation Army\'s Wisconsin and Upper Michigan Division is located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The division is home to 26 Worship and Community Centers (Corps), 67 service extension units, a camp, as well as multiple homeless shelters, thrift stores and food pantries. Service extension units are branches of The Salvation Army in communities where Corps are not located but service is provided by committees of volunteers. The Executive Director of Development will provide leadership, direction, and coordination to all the Development Department\'s staff for the Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (WUM) Division including corps and non-corps service units to meet the Division\'s annual budget contribution and relationship goals. Ensures strategic and operational plans are developed and successfully implemented in an integrated and synchronized manner for all areas of Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications to support the whole philanthropic mission of The Salvation Army (TSA). Builds and maintains positive relationships with a wide range of contacts both within and outside TSA as well as represents the WUM Division territorially and nationally in Development and Communication matters in cooperation with the Divisional Commander. Serves as a member of the Divisional Finance Board and Advisory Board and as a representative of TSA and its mission in the broader constituency within and outside the organization.
