Robert Half Electronic Communications Reviewer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Description We are searching for an Electronic Communication Review Contractor to join our team in the financial services industry, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position supports various departments within the firm, including Private Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Private Equity, and Corporate Resource Groups. Your primary role will be to review electronic communications of all varieties to ascertain if policy violations have occurred based on clearly established guidance and escalation criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Review electronic communications, primarily emails, flagged by the firm's monitoring system, and make risk-based decisions to either resolve the issue or escalate it for further review based on clearly set criteria.

• Prepare documentation or notes as required to provide evidence of completed reviews.

• Work under the guidance of the Compliance – Public Communications Manager and the Electronic Communications Program Manager to identify and implement efficiencies and improvements to the firm's electronic communications review program.

• Apply critical thinking and logical decision-making skills to comprehend rule sets and criteria around electronic communication.

• Maintain a brisk pace without compromising quality in a high-volume, detail-oriented role.

• Escalate any potential findings in a confidential, disciplined, and privileged manner to the appropriate supervisors or managers.

• Monitor electronic communications in the financial industry, including areas like Capital Markets, Financial Services, Asset Management, Private Equity, and Private Wealth Management.

• Supervise and review email correspondence and other electronic communications to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Utilize monitoring tools to track and manage electronic communications. Requirements • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in email correspondence and electronic communications

• Ability to supervise, monitor, and review team performance

• Strong documentation skills and ability to adhere to policies and compliance regulations

• Experience in quality review processes and procedures

• Knowledge of asset management, private equity, and securities industry is an advantage

• Previous experience in the financial services and capital markets would be beneficial

• Familiarity with consumer electronics and monitoring tools is desirable

• Ability to handle disability claims, financial notes, and evidence

• Knowledge of private wealth management is a plus

• Experience in administrative roles or related fields is required.
