Working in conjunction with a subject matter expert in this highly technical and important field, you will join a collaborative team that leverages the latest technology and supports your professional growth and development throughout your engineering career. Primary Responsibilities: Perform technical engineering design and development of projects related to drinking water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution. Prepare comprehensive design plans, specifications, and bid documents for various water system construction projects, encompassing water wells, treatment plants, storage facilities, booster stations, and other distribution infrastructure. Develop detailed technical reports pertaining to drinking water for submission to local, state, and federal regulatory agencies. Establish, implement, and continuously enhance discipline-specific standard work procedures, training programs, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) systems. Collaborate with the Water Technical Competency Leader to shape the technical vision and strategic direction for the drinking water discipline. Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in municipal drinking water engineering within the engineering consulting industry. Engineer in Training (EIT) certification. Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) License or ability to obtain aPE License within 24 monthsof start date. Foth will provide support monetarily and through study time and materials.
