Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a D365 Business Central BA in the Gambling Industries sector, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes and standard operating procedures within an ERP environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze business processes within the ERP environment

• Document standard operating procedures in anticipation of an ERP implementation

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather business requirements

• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are effectively gathered and documented

• Utilize skills in Business Process Functions and Change Management

• Implement and manage MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents

• Carry out business analysis to ensure the effectiveness of the implemented solutions. Requirements • Proficient in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Experience in Business Analysis

• Ability to document Business Requirement Documents

• Knowledge of Business Process Functions

• Familiarity with Change Management processes in the gambling industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
