Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Call Center Representative to join our client’s team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering stability and growth. The ideal candidate must reside in Wisconsin and bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the database with a high level of accuracy.

  • Adhere to company protocols and performance standards for call handling and quality assurance.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and provide feedback.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be located within Wisconsin and authorized to work in the United States.

  • Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or related field preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

  • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup conducive to professional calls.
