As a Construction Manager at Foth, you\'ll lead a variety of projects, engage with clients, and mentor others. This role allows you to be the face of Foth, meeting with subcontractors and taking on a leadership position. This position will be based out of our Franklin, WI office location. Primary Responsibilities: Lead construction management activities, facilitating coordination between design staff and construction observers. Mentor and support construction observers in resolving technical issues and providing training. Manage construction schedules, particularly for municipal projects. Contribute to estimating, contracting, and construction processes throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in planning and design activities during periods of low construction activity. Foster collaborative relationships with project engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success. Provide valuable input during project constructability reviews. Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with process start-up. Coordinate equipment supply as needed. Ensure adherence to specifications according to client or project requirements.Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent technical experience Minimum eight years of experience in the construction field Minimum three years of experience in a construction management rolePreferred Qualifications: Proficiency in engineering principles and practices related to the design, construction, and maintenance of public infrastructure, specifically including utilities, roadways, and sewer/water facilities such as lift stations, booster stations, and elevated storage tanks.
