Delaware North Sportservice is hiring Concessions Interns to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Concessions Intern, you will assist the Concessions team with training and scheduling team members, stand operations, inventory management and more.

Pay

What will you do?
Assist in coordinating activities of concession associates on a per shift basis, including enforcing work procedures and service standards
Support with associate check-in on event days.
Ensures that all equipment is set up properly and operating efficiently and accurately in stands and portables.
May assist in running a stand, portable or supervising a level.
Analyzes and resolves all problems with associates, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management.
Helps with quarterly inventory.
Perform end-of-event tasks, including the closing of stands and transaction reports.
All other duties assigned.
More about you
Must be at least 18 years old.
Enrolment at an accredited college or university pursuing a Business Administration, Hospitality or degree preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, ability to take initiative.
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Constant lifting, twisting, reaching, bending, and repetitive motions.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
