JOB REQUIREMENTS: Community Relations Program Specialist - Temporary Position - COMMU012164 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a short-term position that will span around 6 months. RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: This role manages data integrity for the Goodwill Cares program during the rollout of a new software system. This role also partners with Goodwill employees and agency representatives to ensure that vouchers are being utilized properly and on a timely basis. Understand and abides by policies, procedures, and programs. Typically works on projects and tasks that span 1 day - 3 months. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: 1. Assist Community Relations team by ensuring data integrity between current system (GWC Portal) and Microsoft Dimensions 365 (D365). This includes review and reconciliation of all transactions within D365 and existing GWC Portal vouchers. 2. Data entry including managing concerns and resolutions and input of new D365 data into the legacy GWC Portal. Create and maintain a log of data integrity concerns and their respective resolutions. 3. Update current system (GWC Portal) fields. This includes inputting the D365 card, which requires repurposing the existing field and updating the field visible to store personnel so that the store team can see that a D365 card has been issued. 4. Maintain reporting and ensure that all source data is present and accurate. 5. Serve as a primary contact for the Goodwill Cares program. This includes managing incoming communications from Goodwill retail store managers and confirming voucher details. It also includes proactive outgoing calls to partner agencies in the event that an application-based voucher has not been utilized within 30 days of issuance. Partner with agencies to ensure that voucher recipients understand how to use their vouchers and utilize them in a timely manner. 6. Conduct GWC Portal database cleanup. Remove duplicate entries and reach out to agency contacts to update agency information. 7. Project and Change Management: Effectively plans and manages own work to reliably complete routine job responsibilities and special assignments. Follows through on learning, skill building, and practice necessary to adapt to change. 8. Problem Solving: General supervision, with work regularly reviewed by manager or senior coworker. Uses technical skills and knowledge to manage day-to-day tasks. 9. Technical Skill: Practical, working knowledge of tasks, responsibilities, policies and procedures. Able to learn and apply new concepts. 10. Community Engagement: Serves as an ambassador for Goodwill in the wider community. Two years of college education or experience equivalency. 2. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required. 3. Attention to detail and quality. 4. Comfort with ambiguity are required. 5.
