JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Purpose In the role of Community Program Coordinator I, you work closely with the Community and Cancer Science Network Program Director and Co-Principal investigators to coordinate the daily administrative activities of the Community Cancer Science Network Integration Hub and the Cancer Disparities Curriculum for Research-Community Scholars. Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program\'s goals. Primary Functions The Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center is looking for an experienced program coordinator to play an essential role in the administration of efforts to reduce cancer disparities in Wisconsin. This position requires capacity to work independently within the team and to prioritize a varied workload. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong time management skills, and the ability to use good judgment in daily tasks. The individual hired for this position will be responsible for Provide primary staff support for the Community and Cancer Science Network\'s (CCSN) Cancer Disparities Curriculum for Research and Community Scholars program including ensuring timely payments to community partners, facilitating evaluation efforts, managing timelines, meeting logistics and the needed grant reporting. Assist with the creation and distribution of educational materials, surveys, forms, reports, and marketing materials. Ensure the CCSN website is accurate and current. Work with program leaders to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program. Support dissemination efforts through literature searches, graphic and chart development and other elements as needed. Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines and program components. Coordinate and assist in the oversight of program budgets. Disseminating evaluation tools and collecting data at the direction of the Program Director and evaluation consultant Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events. Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. Report program data and progress to program stakeholders including funders at the direction of the Program Director. Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community organizations.
