Brady Corporation Collections Admin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
What We Need:
As a Collection Admin, you’ll be responsible for managing all the shared mailboxes for Brady US, Brady Canada, Electromark, Seton, and Emedco. You will be responsible for managing the shared phone lines of the same businesses and responding to customers’s requests within 24 hours. You’ll take the necessary action required to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and will provide timely assistance and resolutions to customers on AR-related concerns. You’ll work closely with the Credit & Collections Team, Sales, Tax, Customer Service, and others both external and internal to Brady to satisfy customer’s requests.
What You'll Be Doing:
Works closely with customers to satisfy customer’s requests over the phone and emails received in the shared mail boxes.
Works closely with customers and internal Brady team to timely resolve customer requests
Utilize Get Paid and SAP to assist in performing Collections calls requests
Effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers
Understand and follow all Credit & Collection and Customer Service related policies and processes
Sends statements, aging reports, W9, invoice copies, credit card receipts to customers as required and process credit cards
Provide support to Collectors and assist with projects when required
Print Checks for Accounts Payable Team
Manage checks received in the mail and deliver to the correct department/ Lockbox/ deposit machine
Responsible to fill ACH forms and support Sales with new vendor forms
Scan incoming Invoices through Readsoft
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
High Schools Diploma
Ability to read and analyze business reports, accounting documents, customer account activity, which includes research and customer requirements.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and high levels of energy and drive, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills (work involves interaction with internal and external customers)
Microsoft Excel - including but not limited to pivot tables, vlookups and functions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail
Ideally has 1+ years of Customer Service experience
SAP and/or Get Paid experience preferred.
