Responsibilities: -Utilize CNC grinding machinery to precisely shape and finish components according to technical specifications and quality standards. -Set up and operate CNC grinders, including selecting appropriate grinding wheels, adjusting speeds, and monitoring grinding processes. -Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish. -Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to interpret blueprints, optimize grinding sequences, and troubleshoot any deviations. -Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity. -Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your team. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Proven experience as a CNC Grinder or similar role in precision machining. -Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric tolerances. -Expertise in CNC programming for grinding operations and familiarity with grinding wheel selection. -Strong understanding of grinding principles, tooling, and materials. -Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges. -Detail-oriented with a passion for achieving high-quality standards in every task. -Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: meghan@hatchstaff.com Apply Online: hatchstaff.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
