This job exists to provide prompt, professional and efficient service Job Responsibilities: Customer Service: Handle large amounts of in-person and telephone customer interaction regarding civil process documents, citation inquiries and traffic report requests. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all received paperwork and docket. Enter into computerized tracking system. Mail Processing:Process large volumes of incoming/outgoing mail and faxes received. Generate correspondence to customers requesting additional information and/or return documents if necessary. Process incoming citation payments and generate outstanding/suspension...
