Job Title: Civil Engineer - DesignerJob Description

We are looking for a Project Engineer experienced in civil and site design for development projects in the commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. A qualified candidate should have 2-10 years of consulting experience on development projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing civil and environmental engineering firm located near downtown Milwaukee, involved in significant recent urban redevelopment in the area.

Responsibilities

• Perform site planning, grading, and utility design for various development projects.

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design drafting and project documentation.

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Take on extra responsibilities and a larger role in project management and business development.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 2-10 years of consulting experience on development projects.

• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD (1-3 years).

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience with site design, DOT, and roadwork.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• P.E. or EIT certification.

• Experience in DOT or roadwork projects.

Work Environment

The position is based in an office setting in a new building located between the Brewer's stadium and Potowotomi. Engineers will work at their cubicle on-site. This firm values and rewards engineers for the value they bring to the firm and its clients.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65
