The Change Management Lead will enable Rockwell Automation\'s Enterprise Transformation to an outcome-based and data-driven organization by employing and delivering Change Management strategies. This includes ensuring changes to business processes, systems and technology, andorganizational readiness for the Demand to Renew (D2R) initiative. Demand to Renew paves the way for a single connected experience that enables a seamless end-to-end customer lifecycle that maximizes value, minimizes risk, and optimizes time. The Change Management Lead\'s primary responsibility will be executing and enabling our strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing risk and resistance within Global Commercial Operations for the Adopt to Value initiative. The Change Management Lead will work closely with the Change Management Leader to develop strategies that drive engagement and adoptionand achieve greater proficiency inthe changes that impact internal and external users to increase benefits realization, value creation, Return on Investment,and ultimately the achievement of our Enterprise Transformation results and outcomes. The Change Management Lead will also work closely with business partners and Demand to Renew Program Teams to ensure the integration of change management activities into project plans.
