Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Billing Clerk, you will be working in the industry, utilizing your skills to handle accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, IBM AS/400, and Microsoft Excel. You will play a key role in maintaining customer records, processing customer applications, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems to process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain and manage customer credit records using IBM AS/400 and ADP - Financial Services.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Perform accounting functions accurately and efficiently.

• Handle billing functions, ensuring all processes are carried out effectively.

• Administer claims and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Carry out collection processes in a timely and efficient manner.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to carry out daily tasks and duties.

• Ensure all tasks are carried out with a high level of organization and attention to detail. Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with IBM AS/400

• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Familiarity with Collection Processes

• Excellent Customer Service skills
