In the Associate Demand & Inventory Planning Analyst position, you\'ll optimize inventory and maximize supply efficiency to support the SIOP process. You\'ll assist both internal and external distribution teams with data access and reporting to meet customer expectations. This role is central to our evolving business, helping to develop and align demand and inventory management strategies, and aiding in the creation of tools and processes to support these strategies. What You\'ll Do and Impact: Create and maintain demand forecast for select product categories with cross functional team input. Monitor forecast accuracy metrics (category and location level). Coordinate and communicate significant customer demand changes. Recommend order replenishment quantities and coordinate PO placement for select product categories to maintain target inventory levels. Improve visibility to incoming supply and streamline inventory plans. Troubleshoot stock out and overstock risks, developing solutions to work through effectively and profitably. Support reporting needs, toolset innovation and process automation within existing SIOP processes. Collaborate with Data Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams on process automation projects. Provide internal customer support on inventory availability. Maintain internal Inventory and Cost related audit documentation with key suppliers and distribution partners.
